Description (partial)

Symptom:When downloading trace log files from RTMT , it throws download permission error on unity connection based log files like 
diag_CuNotifier_00000002.uc , diag_CuReportDataHarvester_00000001.uc etc

Conditions:Install the specified version and download logs from RTMT.
