Symptom: Customer has very limited ssh access to CIMC. Customer is able to ssh into CIMC, but is not able to scope into anything. In some cases, customer not able to access CIMC at all to reboot and must power cycle to restore CIMC access. C210 M2 1.4.3u Conditions: When logging into CIMC SSH the following is seen: login as: admin firstname.lastname@example.org's password: cp: can't create directory '/tmp/pmcli8357': No space left on device No entry for terminal type "linux"; using dumb terminal settings. rm: can't remove '/tmp/pmcli8357/bios/main/.class': No such file or directory ln: /tmp/pmcli8357/bios/main/.class: No such file or directory rm: can't remove '/tmp/pmcli8357/bios/advanced/.class': No such file or directory ln: /tmp/pmcli8357/bios/advanced/.class: No such file or directory rm: can't remove '/tmp/pmcli8357/bios/server-management/.class': No such file or directory ln: /tmp/pmcli8357/bios/server-management/.class: No such file or directory c210# scope ^ % invalid command detected at '^' marker. c210# scope cimc ^ % invalid command detected at '^' marker. So you can see that there is no command like ?scope? available (as it would normally be). If there is web CIMC, there is no way to export Technical Support Data, data is being collected, but the option "Download to a local file" is always grayed out.
