Symptoms: The Cisco TMSXE service cannot connect to Exchange, but no details are logged at INFO level. Sample log entry: 2014-09-09 11:11:43,185 [Startup] INFO Service - Cannot connect to Exchange. Retrying... Conditions: All versions of Cisco TMSXE >= 3.0 are affected. Workarounds: Enable TMSXE DEBUG logging to see further details about the connection problem. Starting with Cisco TMSXE 4.1, the reason for failing to connect to Exchange will be logged at INFO level.
