Cisco Bug: CSCur13444 - Pop-up caution should be disabled if there was no radio reset.

Symptom: Current behavior: Following caution is displayed unconditionally whenever a user tried positioning APs and saving it on a floor map. "Saving these settings might cause the radios to reset if the antenna gain setting on the NCS is different from the setting on the controller. (This caution does not apply to standalone APs.)" This is a misleading message since there is no radio reset if the AP gain was not changed or the AP has Internal antenna. We need improvement here as follows; Suggested Plan A: Implement a function which investigates the difference in antenna parameters between WLC and the positioned AP. If there is any difference, then show the caution on saving the AP on the map. If no difference, then skip the caution and just do save the AP on the map. Suggested Plan B: Change the message as follows; "The AP radio will be reset if you changed Antenna > Gain setting in "Selected AP Details" and saved. It will not be reset if the Antenna Gain setting remained same to the one on the controller. (This caution does not apply to standalone APs.)" Conditions: On adding and positioning APs on PI floor maps.
