Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer uses List Calendar for "on demand" use. When someone requests a job be inserted into the schedule, they add the job to calendar to the job. Then add the desired date to the List calendar. When they do this, they are asked for the effective date. They select "today" and the job is inserted. This works in 5.3.1 and the 6.2.1 web browser. Does not work in java client.

Conditions:
Repro:
1. In the web browser, create a List Calendar but do not add today's date.
2. Create a job and use the list Calendar.
3. Then add "today" to the List Calendar.
You are prompted for effective date. Select today and see the job inserted into the schedule.
Repeat for java client. You will not see the job go into the schedule.
