Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPICS IP Phone Services_Phones CP-7906G & CP-7911G_Fail to receive subsequent audio if Stop Latch or release PTT before going on-hook of a prior PTT call.

Conditions:
Steps
--------
- Set up Phone CP-7906G or CP-7911G for IPICS IP Phone Services, call it phone 1
- Set up a higher model phone (ex. CP-6941) for IPICS IP Phone Services, call it phone 2
- Select the same talk group on phone 1 and 2 (ex. Ch1)
- On phone 1, hit the "Latch" (or press PTT) button and then go off hook and speak, phone 2 will receive the audio
- On phone 1, hit the "Stop" (or release PTT) button first and then go on-hook
- On phone 2, hit on the "Latch" button and speak
- Phone 1, will not receive the audio from phone 2

NOTE: On Phone 1 (i.e., CP-7906G or CP-7911G), if you go on-hook and then hit the "Stop" (or release PTT) button the problem will not occur.
