Description (partial)

Symptom:
--Hosts connected to private-vlan access port are not receiving DHCP Offer packets during PXE boot process.
--Via DHCP debugs, DHCP offer reaches the n3k and switch reports the packet is sent, but it never reaches PXE booting host/egresses access port
--Hosts can pxe boot fine when n3k is running 5.0, but when upgraded to 6.0 the DHCP offer packets dont make it to the host.

Conditions:
--Device running 6.0 code.
--hosts are connected to pvlan access ports.
--DHCP relay service is setup on SVI.
