Description (partial)

Symptom:
ANAT Hold-Resume has one way audio after Resume. Initial call is IPv6, mid-call Hold switches from IPv6 to IPv4, later call resume switches from IPv4 to IPv6 media.

In this callflow, there is one way audio after resume

Conditions:
ANAT with "dual-stack preference IPv6" configured. And call is switching back and fourth from IPv4 to IPv6 or vise-versa
