Symptom: Jabber's Incoming call toast window stuck at the initialization of the conference. Conditions: extn A calls extn B. extn A attempts conference with extn C, (extn C shows incoming call) extn A creates conference with extns B & C before extn C answers extn C has a hung incoming call window
