Symptom: - ESA is not stopping connections from IP Addresses with poor reputations. - Mail logs show that the SBRS service is not enabled even though all configuration sections show it as enabled. Conditions: - New deployment of a virtual ESA - vESA was just added to an existing cluster. - All services were previously not configured / enabled.
