A switch running Cisco IOS or IOS-XE may return the wrong mac address when polled via snmp for lldpLocChassisId.

From problematic devices' neighbor the LLDP remote chassis ID is displaying correct value (lldpRemChassisId)

This is most often seen on 15.2E train, but other trains are vulnerable too.
