Symptom: when agent is on a conference call, and when the first agent drops off and is only a direct call, there is no update CTIOS message to change the status from Conference to straight call Scenario Agent 1 gets a call from queue. Agent 1 makes a conference with agent 2. Then Agent 1 Drops off and calls is between the PSTN caller and Agent 2. They have a customer configuration in CTIOS to try to show agent 2 that it is no longer a conference call and it is a regular call. Same way a ip updates the screen when conference is ended and only two parties are left. Conditions: conference call
