CX/PRSM Top level reports do not match the values presented when drilling down into sub-categories. Sometimes these drilldown reports may be empty.

Conditions:
CX/PRSM 9.3.1.1-112
All drilldown reports are not being archived correctly when large numbers of cloud events are processed during a given 5 minute perio.
