Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you are trying to configure a range of ports with power inline static command you will receive logs like these:

% Interface range command failed for GigabitEthernet2/29
Command rejected: there's no enough system power to be allocated to Gi2/30, the maximum power supported by the backplane (per slot) or linecard or voice daughterboard (if present) has reached the limit. Please check backplane, linecard and voice daughterboard connector ratings.

% Interface range command failed for GigabitEthernet2/30
Command rejected: there's no enough system power to be allocated to Gi2/32, the maximum power supported by the backplane (per slot) or linecard or voice daughterboard (if present) has reached the limit. Please check backplane, linecard and voice daughterboard connector ratings.

It will work with some interfaces of the range but the last ones will display this log messages although you still have enogh power available.

Conditions:
6500 using a uspervisor 32 GB 8GE 

line cards WS-X6148E-GE-45AT and ip phones
