Description (partial)

A Cisco router used as an MPLS L3 VPN PE/ASBR router may fail to generate a local label in MP-BGP. This symptom is observed during a configuration change which removes the VRF completely from the running configuration. MP-IBGP neighbors may also still have the previously advertised label resulting in traffic loss for the affected prefixes. When this problem is triggered all routes in the VRF that was removed on the PE/ASBR will have the problem.

1. Route received from or being sent to inter-as option B neighbor
2. Route has same-rd, but not getting imported into vrf.
3. "No ip vrf" or "no vrf def"
