Symptom: Jabber Service Discovery fails to detect that the domain is a Webex Org. This most likely will result in an error "Failed to Discover Network Services" appearing on the UI Conditions: Http requests to the Webex server loginp.webexconnect.com are routed via an Http Proxy server that required authentication
