Description (partial)

Symptom:
On ASA with failover enabled, the ASA device package raised the following fault for each data interface that is configured:
<faultInst ack="no" cause="configuration-failed" changeSet="faultCode (Old: 10, New: 0), faultMessage (Old: Major script error : Configuration error : WARNING: Failover is enabled but standby IP address is not configured for this interface. , New: ), faultSeverity (Old: major, New: minor)" childAction="" code="F0324" created="2014-09-26T17:21:26.451-04:00" descr="Major script error : Configuration error : WARNING: Failover is enabled but standby IP address is not configured for this interface. " dn="uni/vDev-[uni/tn-g007/lDevVip-dmz_asa]-tn-[uni/tn-g007]-ctx-net01/cfgRoot-device/cFolder-dmz_inter_asa_if/cFolder-ifcfg/cParam-ipv4_addr/fault-F0324" domain="tenant" highestSeverity="major" lastTransition="2014-09-26T17:23:28.977-04:00" lc="retaining" occur="1" origSeverity="major" prevSeverity="major" rule="vns-al4-l7-service-fault-service-major-fault" severity="cleared" status="" subject="l4-l7-service-fault" type="config"/>

The standby IP address configuration of an interafec is optional, and the ASA device package does not have the parameter(s) to configure standby IP address for data interfaces. The fault should be suppressed.

Conditions:
Basic interface IP address configuration.
