Description (partial)

Using the IKEv2 Anyconnect reconnect feature on a IOS FlexVPN server, if the user
tries to reconnect more than once, the second reconnect attempt will fail. 

Reconnect is used to connect after a ip address change or after a system suspend.

This defect is only filed for the case when the client is using certificates. 

There is a similar defect filed for EAP. The defect id is CSCuq94877.
