Description (partial)

Symptom:
Within an IM chat window, posting a protocol followed by URI will not be recognized as an executable action by Jabber.  An example would be a link to a chat room:

im:jabberchat@conference-2-companyname-us.companyname.com

Instead of going to the chat room, clicking on the link will prompt an email client like Outlook to open a new mail window.

Conditions:
Jabber for Windows 9.x and 10.x
Post an IM with following format:
im:user@domain.com
xmpp:user@domain.com
mailto:user@domain.xyz   (where xyz is a custom domain)
