Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUCI-Lync will fail to control the desk phone the first time it is launched after install.  Users will see a red X on the phone control icon. Desk phone control will work on all subsequent launches.

Conditions:
This problem only affects desk phone control.  CUCI-Lync uses the software phone by default.  So, users will only encounter this problem when the jabber-config.xml has the InitialPhoneSelection xml object set to deskphone.
