Description (partial)
Symptom: ACS 5.x self-signed certificate uses 512-bit key by default. If such a certificate is assigned for management, access with IE is no longer possible. This is because IE enforces a minimum 1024-bit key length for access to any SSL site (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2661254). Conditions: ACS 5.x with 512-bit key length certificate for management. Use of IE as browser attempting access.
