Symptom:
receives error "The meeting is not available" when user attempts to start instant meeting in Jabber for Windows by clicking on meeting from Meeting tab

Conditions:
J4W version 10.5.0 build 37889
CIMP version 10.5.1.11900-4
CWMS 1.5 MR4

User attempts to start instant meeting in Jabber for Windows by clicking on Meeting from meeting tab

User can start this instant meeting successfully.

 receives error "The meeting is not available
