Description (partial)

Symptom:
Packets may not be flooded on new vlans to some fabric path core ports

Such ports will not appear in the output of 'sh fabricpath mroute flood vlan <vlan>'

Conditions:
This symptom might be seen when new switches are added to the existing topology and existing vlan's are configured on the new switch.
