Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASR1006 crash when IPv6 PPPoE sessions increase to several hundred

Conditions:
1. configure the IXIA allow 32,000 PPPoE sessions which is using Protocol Wizards(DHCPv6PDoPPP) 
by DualStack(DHCPv6PD), start the test, the crash will occur when the session amount increase 
to several hundred.
 
2. When in rpr mode, using PPPoE(Dual)+DHCPv6-PD, even there are many session,
the device will operate normal, but if change the mode from rpr to sso during 
this condition that the sessions come to successful and session amount increasing, 
when the standby RP come up, the crash will occur.
