Description (partial)

Symptom:
After FP-140/MSC-140 (Taiko) insertion/reload in a CRS containing FC-400 fabric cards, the following diagnostic failure logs may appear:

RP/0/RP1/CPU0:Oct 22 18:53:31.311 : online_diag_rp[348]: %DIAG-XR_DIAG-3-FABRIC_PING_FAILURE : (U) Fabric Ping Failure - data path (Level 3 L) on plane 0, 2 of 9 nodes (22%) failed: 0/0/CPU0, 0/6/CPU0
RP/0/RP1/CPU0:Oct 22 18:53:31.312 : online_diag_rp[348]: %DIAG-XR_DIAG-3-FABRIC_PING_FAILURE : (U) Fabric Ping Failure - data path (Level 3 L) on plane 1, 2 of 9 nodes (22%) failed: 0/0/CPU0, 0/6/CPU0

This can eventually lead to process blocking and GSP issues:

LC/0/0/CPU0:Oct 22 17:19:02.528 : bfd_agent[128]: gang_sendv_nodeset: gang_sendv_subset failed
LC/0/0/CPU0:Oct 22 17:19:02.528 : spa_ge_v2(1)[316]: gang_sendv_nodeset: gang_sendv_subset failed

LC/0/0/CPU0:Oct 22 17:19:16.187 : plim_xge_otn_flex[287]: gang_sendv_nodeset: gang_sendv_subset failed
LC/0/0/CPU0:Oct 22 17:19:22.258 : bfd_agent[128]: gang_sendv_nodeset: gang_sendv_subset failed
LC/0/0/CPU0:Oct 22 17:19:23.270 : spa_ge_v2(1)[316]: gang_sendv_nodeset: gang_sendv_subset failed
