Description (partial)

Symptom:
When booking a single instance webex enabled telepresence meeting from TMS the webex site will reflect the duration as an hour no matter how long the meeting is booked in TMS.

Conditions:
1. Book a single instance webex enabled telepresence in TMS that is longer than an hour or shorter than an hour.
2. Check the webex site for that meeting, The webex site will always reflect the length of the meeting as 1 hour. 

*When booking a recurring meeting from TMS, webex will reflect the time correctly.
