Description (partial)

Symptom:
On 3750X Stack Switch running with rstp-pvst.
Removing and inserting cable from FWD ports on Stack Member cause SVI shutdown/up transient message.

This issue is not seen on Stack Master's FWD ports

Conditions:
C3750G with 12.2(55)SE8 and 12.2(55)SE9
C3750X with 12.2(55)SE9 and 15.0(2)SE6
