Description (partial)

Symptom:
Session Controller unexpected reload while trying to free all entries related to GTPUMgr instance . This Session Controller reload  occurs twice and can impact overall system functioning.

Conditions:
This is observed when GTPUMgr instance gets deallocated and session controller tries to remove this instance from its storage entries .When the last GTPU-Service is deallocated, GTPUMgr is also deallocated by Session Controller. At that time Session Controller tries to free all entries related to GTPUMgr instance. Due to some logical error this is happening twice, which can lead to Session Controller unexpected reload. The issue will be observed only under rare conditions.
