Symptom:
Steps to Reproduce:
1.In Selfcare, change the PIN (or make other user changes) for a user with Single Inbox/Unified Messaging Svcs configured.
2.From the bvsm gui, check that user. You will see that the Unified Messaging setting is disabled in CUCDM and CUCM. ** This only fails when the update is made in Selfcare. The setting remains unchanged if the PIN change is made from the admin (bvsm) gui.
