Symptom: Details: The UserLogout transaction invokes QueryUserLogin to determine what user is logged in to the specified phone. However, if BVSM Roaming ie being used, this step is not required, and eventually becomes a no-op within the call manager driver. For performance reasons, especially to reduce the number of apache processes used to process the UserLogout transaction, the check for BVSM Roaming should be made before the QueryUserLogin child is scheduled.
