Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a firebee port receives a DHCP offer on an untrusted port, it is not dropping the DHCP offer packet.
It throws a message telling it is dropping the packet, but the DHCP client gets the DHCP message, and gets an IP.

Conditions:
Enable DHCP snooping
