Description (partial)

Symptom:
When attempting to manage the Nexus 1000V with Virtual Switch Update Manger plugin for VCenter webclient, I receive a message stating "Operation requires a user with administrator privileges. User [user] does not have the required privileges."

The user Ids being used are valid as they have access to log in to the VSM and make changes to the running/startup configuration.

Conditions:
We click on 'Make Managed' in the vSphere webclient's VSUM page and input the credentials having the admin privilege.
The device uses TACAS for authentication.
