Description (partial)

L2 traffic over VPLS, VPWS and PWHE may get dropped when using ASR9K for L2 forwarding.

A critical SMU for CSCur07854 is available and mandatory for anyone running L2VPN on ASR 9000 routers running IOS-XR release 5.1.3.

The issue is seen on ASR 9000 chassis (all flavors) with IOS-XR version 5.1.3
The line card through which the pseudo-wire (PW) neighbor is reachable is OIRed or the PW neighbor reachability metric changes.

The issue "may" also be observed when the chassis is initially upgraded to 5.1.3.
