Description (partial)
Symptom: When performing a warm reset or a software upgrade, a traffic it of few ms occurs on 10x10G-LC SFP ports configured as Low-Latency operating mode. Conditions: In a node running SW Release 10.02, perform a warm reset operation on a 10x10G-LC having client ports configured as Low-Latency operating mode. The issue is also triggered when upgrading to Release 10.02 from a previous Release.
