Description (partial)

Symptom:
Reporting graphs do not render when viewing the pages using Internet Explorer versions 9 and later with compatibility mode enabled. The reporting graphs continue to show 'loading', but never actually load.

Conditions:
Internet Explorer browser with version 9 or later used for viewing SMA GUI and compatibility mode enabled
