Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Camera can be added via a proxy and streaming starts w/o issue...VSOM and VSMS show connectivity as "green" and w/o any errors. However, through PTZ, no movement takes place on the camera.

Conditions:
ONVIF 2.2.0-based device (Hikvision) is added, and the preset values read from the camera by VSM, if blank values are sent from the camera, VSMS had processing issues w/ the camera, and limits PTZ capability.

During the PTZ initialization, we call the GetPresets API to get the PTZ preset information from the camera. In response, camera sends the list of PTZ presets with token and optional name for each preset. In the older versions of the camera firmware, Name field exists for each preset (its value can be an empty string). But in the newer version v5.1.5, the response does not contain Name field for the presets. Our ONVIF driver accesses the name which does not exist and so the PTZ initialization never succeeds. So, PTZ doesn't work with this firmware.
