User attempts to start instant meeting in Jabber for Windows by clicking on Meeting from meeting tab

 receives error "The meeting is not available

Symptom:
receives error "The meeting is not available when user attempts to start instant meeting in Jabber for Windows by clicking on Meeting from meeting tab

CWMS profiled user's account information does not have the phone numbers (desk, mobile and the two alternate numbers populated)
