Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you place a call via click to call through the outlook client with a user that has both upper and lower case letters in the directory uri another uri entry is created with only lower case letters.
Can see the change in the contact card in outlook.

Conditions:
Jabber 9.7.2 with click to call feature in outlook.
