Symptom:
The following Cisco product 

Cisco Virtualization Experience Client 6215 (all releases prior to 10.6 (December 2014) both SP1 and SP2)

includes a version of bash that is affected by the vulnerabilities
identified by the Common Vulnerability and Exposures (CVE) IDs:

CVE-2014-6271 
CVE-2014-6277
CVE-2014-6278
CVE-2014-7169
CVE-2014-7186
CVE-2014-7187

Cisco has analyzed this vulnerability and concluded that while the previously listed products may run a vulnerable version of Bash.

Cisco will be providing the patch-fix for the issue to the customers via TAC. Fix for SP1 and SP2 will be provided to TAC by the end of this week (17th October 2014).
