Description (partial)

As designed, audio only call will work for 3rd party phone added into CUCM as 3rd party SIP Device (Basic). However it is very hard to identify from the traces that the video is not working because the 3rd party phone was added as 3rd party SIP Device (Basic). 

There is already a trace print included in the code which gets printed only in Dev load on debug level. We need this to be printed in CUCM SDL logs to identify the root cause easily.
