Symptom:
Help File needs information added to address all call controls that require the Dialpad:

Making Calls
Blind Transfer
Consult Transfer
Conferencing Calls
Transferring to Voicemail

Each of these sections in the Help File should consistently include four methods for performing the intended call control action on a contact in the Dialpad:

Select contact, click blue action button
Select contact, hit Enter key on keyboard
Double-click contact
Right-click contact, select the action from the right-click menu
