Description (partial)

Appliance may encounter application faults in the mail logs such as the following example:

Thu Sep 25 12:00:00 2014 Critical: An application fault occurred: ('_bencode.pyx _bencode.bencoder.compute_size (_bencode.c:2255)|206', "<type 'exceptions.OverflowError'>", 'value too large to convert to int', '[egg/ run|1045] [egg/ _run|1081] [egg/ get_connection_data|493] [egg/ SenderBase_lookup|175] [_coro.pyx coro._coro.sched.with_timeout (coro/_coro.c:11529)|1086] [egg/ _doLookup|263] [egg/ query_repeng|235] [_bencode.pyx _bencode.encode (_bencode.c:3404)|319] [_bencode.pyx _bencode.bencoder.encode (_bencode.c:3223)|303] [_bencode.pyx _bencode.bencoder.compute_size (_bencode.c:2519)|235] [_bencode.pyx _bencode.bencoder.compute_size (_bencode.c:2255)|206]')

Once these application faults start occurring, all SenderBase Reputation Score (SBRS) lookups will fail until the appliance is rebooted.

This issue only occurs in very high traffic environments when the appliance has not been rebooted for a long period of time. This defect will not occur unless at least 2 billion connections have been received during the current uptime of the appliance.
