Symptom: Appliance may encounter application faults in the mail logs such as the following example: Thu Sep 25 12:00:00 2014 Critical: An application fault occurred: ('_bencode.pyx _bencode.bencoder.compute_size (_bencode.c:2255)|206', "<type 'exceptions.OverflowError'>", 'value too large to convert to int', '[egg/injector.py run|1045] [egg/injector.py _run|1081] [egg/injector.py get_connection_data|493] [egg/SenderBase.py SenderBase_lookup|175] [_coro.pyx coro._coro.sched.with_timeout (coro/_coro.c:11529)|1086] [egg/SenderBase.py _doLookup|263] [egg/repeng.py query_repeng|235] [_bencode.pyx _bencode.encode (_bencode.c:3404)|319] [_bencode.pyx _bencode.bencoder.encode (_bencode.c:3223)|303] [_bencode.pyx _bencode.bencoder.compute_size (_bencode.c:2519)|235] [_bencode.pyx _bencode.bencoder.compute_size (_bencode.c:2255)|206]') Once these application faults start occurring, all SenderBase Reputation Score (SBRS) lookups will fail until the appliance is rebooted. Conditions: This issue only occurs in very high traffic environments when the appliance has not been rebooted for a long period of time. This defect will not occur unless at least 2 billion connections have been received during the current uptime of the appliance.
