Description (partial)

Symptom:
In all Dialpad scenarios (placing outbound call, transfer, consult transfer, conference and transfer to VM), when right-clicking on a contact, the right-click menu only ever shows Dial, Transfer to VM, and Email as the active options. These produce call control errors.

Conditions:
1. Place call into operator phone
2. Select Transfer, Consult Transfer, Conference or Transfer to VM
3. Search for contact in Dialpad, right-click on contact
4. Try using the available options in right-click menu to perform intended action
