Symptom:
6500 device with a single Sup2T crashed, this happened just after the FWSM went down and the following messages was shown:

Sep 26 14:30:33.587: The PC in slot 7 is shutting down. Please wait ...
Sep 26 14:30:33.651: %SNMP-5-MODULETRAP: Module 7 [Down] Trap

 14:30:33 RUH Fri Sep 26 2014: Unexpected exception to CPU: vector 1400, PC = 0x6585AE4 , LR = 0x6FE806C
