Cisco Bug: CSCur04765 - Double-clicking Contact in Dialpad produces incorrect actions

Symptom: Whenever the Dialpad is popped, no matter what the reason (outbound dialing, transferring, conferencing, etc.), double-clicking a searched contact will simply dial the contact and keep the Dialpad open. Double-clicking a searched contact in the Dialpad should always perform the same action as clicking the blue action button just to the right of the search field. All call controls are included in this issue, including: placing outbound call Transfer Consult Transfer Conference Transfer to VM Conditions: 1. Place call into operator phone, answer call 2. Right-click on call, select Transfer, Consult Transfer, Conference or Transfer to VM 3. In Dialpad, search for contact 4. Double-click contact Double-clicking simply dials the contact rather than performing selected call control action.
