Description (partial)

NMSROOT\log\DfmServer1.log and/or NMSROOT\log\DfmServer.log may grow to massive amounts (>10GB), potentially filling up the disk if there is issues starting the DfmServer and/or DfmServer1 process

This has been observed when pdshow DfmServer and/or pdshow DfmServer show a state other than "DfmServer initialized OK" such as "Server started by admin request"

This could occur because of improper shutdown of the process or various other corner cases

This issue has only been observed on Windows but it possibly could occur on Linux/Solaris
