Symptom: When an agent (supervisor or not) is also assigned the administrator role attempts to enter wrap up data for a call there is no indication of success. The progress indicator remains until the wrap up timer ends or the Agent puts them self into a different status. Conditions: UCCX 10.5 and 10.5 SU1 Agent is a CCX admin Steps to reproduce 1) Agent1 logs in to Finesse desktop (agent1 is assigned the administrator role) 2) Agent2 logs in to Finesse 3) Agent2 calls agent2 4) agent1 answers the call 5) Agent 2 hangs up the call After step 5, agent1 attempts to enter wrap up data for the call.
