Cisco Bug: CSCur03285 - Call Control Window Contains "X" Signifying Ability to Close

Symptom: When moved from its default location within the console, the Call Control window contains an "X" as if there is the ability to close the window when in fact there is not a way to close the Call Control window. This is a user experience issue as it gives the user the impression that they are able to close the window. Conditions: Moving or resizing the Call Control window gives the user the impression that they can close the window by displaying an "X" in the top right corner. There is not a way to close the Call Control window.
