Symptom: 1. The maximum number of CTI all events connections supported by the CTI Server is (7), and the maximum number of agents that can connect to PG PIM pair, is 2K for Finesse and CTIOS, but a little les for CAD. 2. The HW \ SW BOM did not have anything else pertinent on CTI Connections. 3. The CTIOS CTI svr MEssage Reference and Developer guides as well. Conditions: The info in the UCCE V9.x SRND is missing or incomplete and states the following: For example: Finesse - Each Finesse server requires a single CTI connection. Finesse can be deployed with CTI-OS with the following limitations: • The maximum number of CTI all events connections supported by the CTI Server (7) is not exceeded. • The total number of combined Finesse and CTI OS agents does not exceed the capacity of the common PG CTIOS ? CTI OS: The RSM server makes several connections to CTI OS. One of these connections is for receiving platform events. (In the language of CTI OS, it is a monitor-mode connection.) Hence the info for CTI Monitor mode and All Event clients to both CTIOS Server and CTIServer connection Info is Missing or Incorrect. .
