Known Affected Releases

10.5

Description (partial)

Symptom:
This occurs when any application windows (Call Control, Parked Calls, Call History) are moved to the bottom of the console and placed beside the Directory window. The Directory window is resized to where some of the Directory contact data fields are not visible. A horizontal scroll bar allows for scrolling to see the remaining contact information, but this Horizontal Scroll Bar is only present if a directory search is first initiated by using the Search Bar. If the user is viewing the Directory tab, or any Personal Speed Dial Group tabs created by the user, the Horizontal Scroll Bar is not present.

Conditions:
Move any window (Call Control, Parked Calls, Call History) and place beside the Directory window at the bottom of the application. The Directory window is resized and all contact data fields are not visible within the directory.
The Horizontal Scroll Bar, which enables the user to scroll and view all contact data fields, is only present after a search has been initiated using the Search Bar. The "Directory" tab, or any tab created by the user, does not have a Horizontal Scroll bar. The user cannot view all contact information without first initiating a search with the Search Bar.
